Dance & Health Classes

Join us for our Dance & Health classes designed to promote good health and well-being, in collaboration with University Hospitals Leicester. These weekly sessions are specifically for women aged 50+, combining dance with important health discussions.

What We Offer:

  • 1-hour dance class to stay active and have fun.
  • 30-minute health talk/activity session focusing on various health topics.

Classes are free and open to all women 50+, held in two convenient locations:

Belgrave

  • Location: Aakash Odedra Studios
  • Day: Every Thursday
  • Time:
    10:30 – 11:30 – Dance Class
    11:30 – 12:00 – Health Talk
  • Instructor: Jayna Patel

Oadby

  • Location: St Paul’s Church, Hamble Road, Oadby
  • Day: Every Tuesday
  • Time:
    3:00 – 4:00 – Dance Class
    4:00 – 4:30 – Health Talk
  • Instructor: Priti Raithatha

In addition, we also offer a fun and energetic Dance Fitness Class for women 50+:

Rushey Mead (Dance Fitness Class)

  • Location: Rushey Mead Recreational Centre
  • Day: Every Wednesday
  • Time: 10:45 – 11:45 – Dance Class
  • Instructor: Priti Raithatha
  • Cost: £2.00 per session
