The Shiamak UK Summer School is back for another year!
Booking is now open for our Shiamak UK Summer School, a fun-filled week of dance at De Montfort University, Leicester. Between Mon 9 – Sun 15 August, join your favourite Shiamak teachers, Supriya, Swapnil and Jayna in the studio, dance, reconnect and make new friends.
For everyone’s safety and comfort we have a number of covid secure measures in place, full details below.

Covid Secure Measures
To ensure the safety of our participants we will be practising the two meter social distance rule at all times, all participants will be given their own place in the studio to dance, hand sanitising stations will be in place throughout the building and masks must be worn throughout the building when the participants are not dancing.
We will be having lunch and breaks outside of the building on the De Montfort University campus park and green areas to decrease risk of contamination and passing on the virus.
We ask that all participants arrive on time as we have several sessions running at the same time within the same building and to avoid there being too many people in the building we have staggered the start and finish times for the groups. More information including a detailed timetable will be sent to you closer to the event.
All participants will need to bring their own pack lunch, water bottles and snacks throughout the duration of the summer school.
