Sam Roddan


Sam started out in the City and has 15 years’ experience in the financial sector, working extensively in project management and brand development including senior management positions in major publishing companies and co-founding a management consultancy. She then retrained in visual arts and put her extensive knowledge of how to get a project off the ground to good use founding the non-profit arts organisation Art Pop-Up, based in Lincolnshire. She remains a director there, contributing as curator, programme director and visual artist, working with Arts Council England, Metal Culture, The John Clare Trust, Vivacity and The Woodland Trust amongst others. Art Pop-Up has engaged over 62,000 people and worked with over 120 artists since 2011. Sam also works as a mentor and freelance consultant pairing her enthusiastic, entrepreneurial outlook with an innovative creative vision to support those she believes have exceptional talent. She works with Aakash Odedra Company as their fundraising consultant to build and manage corporate partnerships and donor relations.
