Purpose of the post:
To lead on international producing, partnerships and touring, supporting the delivery of
the artistic programme and the company’s future growth.
Overview:
The Senior Producer will play a key role in shaping and delivering the company’s national
and international programme during a significant period of artistic and organisational
development. Working closely with the Artistic Director and Executive Director, the post
holder will lead on international producing, partnerships, touring and co-commissions.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on producing to support the
company’s artistic ambition and long-term sustainability.
