God’s Little Soldier

City Theater Freiburg (Germany) invited Aakash Odedra to choreograph on their operatic adaptation of Kiran Nagarkar’s book, God’s Little Soldier. A story about the life of Zia, an extremist character who changes religions more than once, the production opened in Freiburg in May 2013. With a cast of over 30 dancers from the local area, Aakash also performed Zia’s alter-ego in the opening season of the production.
