Aoife has a BA in Dance and Culture and has had extensive arts administration experience working with Lincoln City Council as Assistant Arts Officer; Arts Officer; and Lincoln Drill Hall Manager (during the capital phase of the project). Upon relocating to Leicester, Aoife took on the role of Marketing and Project Coordinator for ArtReach working on projects such as Three Cities Create and Connect, and Under Scan Projects. Following a career break to raise her two children, Aoife managed the office of a POS company, but then returned to the arts as Operations and Administration Manager for ArtReach. With ArtReach, Aoife managed the financial and operations for a busy office delivering Creative Europe projects, Journeys Festival International and many more projects and consultancy work. Aoife was General Manager for Aakash Odedra Company before joining Yorkshire Dance as Executive Director. Aoife has returned to the company in the role of Finance & Operations Manager.
